Just reposting a couple of drabbles from drabylon. 

*waves*  Hi Everyone!
I posted back on March 21st about my cat Chuck being missing, and my boss being an asshole and yada, yada.  I had given up hope.  On Wednesday night, while I was sitting here reading pr0n, my neighbors start banging on my door.  "He's out back!  It's him!"
Expecting another false sighting (OMG, there have been so many!) I went behind the building and lo and behold, there is a golden cat sitting in the underbrush.  I started talking to him, placed a container of food midway between us, all the while trying to figure out if it was Chuck.  He moved to the food, and I kept babbling.  He suddenly looked at me and started "talking" to me.  I started "talking" to him.  That's something Chuck and I have always done, just constant meowing at each other.  He finally came close enough to pet, still meowing.  When he rubbed up against me hard enough to make me loose my balance, I was convinced it was my Chucky.  My little linebacker.:)
It took me another two and a half hours to get him to trust me enough to come inside, where he was greeted by Stash, who is very pissed off that he's back.  Anyway, Chuck is in very good shape.  No battle scars or scratches, and what seems to be a healthy weight loss.  Just a few ticks.  He's acting like he never left.  Stash is finally relaxing a little.  They're actually in the same room without hissing at each other right now.
So the little shit is home, safe and sound.  I wish he could tell me where the hell he's been for the past 37 days!

I found two more I forgot to post on Thursday.  Enjoy.

The reason for my Thursday night blues. My LJ friends know about this, but this is probably new to you IJers. My cat, Chuck, got out of the apartment 17 days ago. No sign of him. Until yesterday.

ETA: Karen never showed. I searched for about 3 hours or so, and no Chuck. I let myself hope, and now I'm all depressed and weepy again.

I've had a total for shit day and I so don't feel like socializing tonight.   I'm just going to repost a few drabbles then head to bed.  Hope you enjoy!

It seems my New Year resolution to spend more time at IJ has gone out the window with the rest of my promises.  But I'm here now and I'm going to spam you with drabbles I've written over the past two months or so.

I'm going to click on "update journal" now.  I realized that IJ is letting me drop and drag pictures, so I'm pretty much assuming I'm about to wipe out IJ entirely.  Me and computers are not mixy things.  Holds breath, here goes...

Even though I've been unusually quiet lately, my love for our boys and for my Flist is as strong as ever. Although I suspect Brian and I share the same thoughts on Valentines day, I come bearing gifts. Well, gift.
